Ready to move, connect, and be encouraged? Whether you're a seasoned runner or just getting started, the Alive Run Club welcomes you! Join us for a fun, community-focused run where we build endurance and friendships!

We will be meeting at 10 AM at Havres-Aux-Glaces, the ice cream shop close to Atwater market, and optionally eating lunch together afterwards nearby. The run is 4-6km at easy paces (or challenging ones, if you wish!) We have runners of all levels so feel free to join even if you’ve never ran before!
