Montreal's annual fireworks festival is back! Join us as we watch the fireworks from the best seat in the house - the Jacques-Cartier bridge! We will meet at the metro and walk up the bridge together to find a spot to watch the show.

Summer is finally here! Grab yourself a lunch after service and join us for a fun afternoon of fellowship, sports, and games at the park! Even if you don't play sports, you are welcome to join and fellowship with others!

Alive Run Club is back! For spring and summer, we will be going on a Saturday morning run once a month! 

It's a great chance to connect, get active, and build community! All fitness levels are welcome, whether you're a seasoned runner or just getting started!

Our first run will be on Saturday, May 10th at 10:30 am near Atwater Market. Please sign up for more details, including the meet-up location.

Our discipleship course is back for another season this Spring!

Experiencing God, or EG, is an 8-week discipleship course where those who desire to know and do the will of God can gather together to intentionally grow their relationships with God.  We will be meeting every Friday night from April 4th to May 30th.

There is a $30 fee for course supplies. Please make sure to send your payment to finance@alivechurchmtl.ca with EG Spring 2025 in the description.

Dress code: Holiday attire (Christmas colors , Ugly sweaters, Cozy pyjamas) - due to multiple people mentioning they do not have holiday pyjamas, we've decided to modify the dress code to holiday attire!

Potluck: Please bring a dish to share (about 4 portions) as well as a serving utensil for your dish (tongs/spatula/spoon whatever is appropriate for your dish). We will provide soft drinks and water. We also often have leftover food so feel free to bring a tupperware to bring some home!

Gift exchange: If you would like to participate in the gift exchange, please bring a wrapped gift (budget is 20$).
Gifts can be funny, practical, or quirky - just keep it affordable and appropriate!

Red Frogs is an organization that aims to provide a positive peer presence in alcohol-fuelled environments where young people gather. Red Frogs educate on safe partying behaviors and promote alcohol-free and/or diversionary activities that engage young people in these environments.

Alive Church is going bowling!

Join us for a time of fellowship and friendly competition as we compete for the title of "Best Bowler at Alive Church". The event will be held at 3 pm on Sunday, November 3rd at Quilles Q Plus Rosebowl.

The deadline to sign up will be Sunday, October 27th.
There is a 15$ fee for the event, please e-transfer finance@alivechurchmtl.ca to secure your spot (make sure to write "Bowling" in the notes)

Alive church is hosting our first Friendsgiving this year.

On Saturday October 12th, there will be thanksgiving dinner among friends hosted at different homes across Montreal and South Shore. Each home will host between 4-8 ASSIGNED guests for a potluck style Thanksgiving dinner. It will be a great opportunity to get to know brothers and sisters in the church over a meaningful time of fellowship!

Would you like to grow your heart for Montreal by learning more about our neighbors?

Garden City will be hosting our Love Our City event, where we will do a prayer walk around different neighborhoods in Montreal, hear from guest speakers, and learn more about God’s movement in the city where we live. 

We will be meeting on Saturday, September 28th, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Alive will be conducting an all-day marriage seminar on Saturday, August 24th, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at LAMDD, led by a special guest couple.

This seminar is for married, engaged, and/or couples who have gone through premarital with Pastor Andrew.
The registration is $40 per couple or $20 per individual.
Lunch is included. Childcare will be provided for those who need. 

Due to the weather, we are unfortunately canceling the BBQ on Sunday, August 25th, after church.

Our final Summer Bible Study is slated for Monday, August 12th.

The beach volleyball court is reserved from 2 pm to 4 pm. Come even if you don't want to play any sports!

Summer is coming! What a perfect opportunity to help to clean our beautiful streets of Montreal. 

Join us for Clean Our City, a church-wide event on Saturday, June 22nd, from 10:30 to 12:30 PM. We’ll be meeting in front of the McGill Roddick Gates. 

This is a wonderful opportunity for us to demonstrate our love and care for the community we call home, while also offering prayers for the well-being of our city and its residents.

We will provide more information as the event approaches.
